Back again....

Here I am, back again in the world of the bloggers. Forgive the long silence but I've been a little preoccupied. Would you like to know what we've been up to?
After our little Christmas miracle arrived, we celebrated Connor's 2nd birthday and Kurt's 33rd birthday. A good time was had by all, and we now have more toys on the floor of the living room than before.
We've been enjoying the winter weather, Kurt and the boys have gone sledding, built a snowman in the backyard and made the most of the polar temperatures outside.
We have Olympic fever! I really think we've watched enough coverage that it should count as our daily requirement of exercise. I love the Olympics - I have the biggest urge to learn how to snowboard...
After our desktop computer died a slow, painful, virus-ridden death, we bought a new laptop! It's sleek, fast, and has that new computer smell. I don't have to wait for Kurt to get home so I can use his computer, and I can update my blog!
We've also embarked on a new adventure. I noticed that Trevor seemed to be struggling with gassiness and pain and would make his discomfort known by crying long and loud. I really felt for the poor guy, and as time went on, wondered if it could possibly be something that I was eating, since I'm breastfeeding. Anyway - after several trips to the doctor, and a prescription for Zantac we've discovered that he has a dairy intolerance (which is basically an allergy except not) and I can either try soy formula, expensive hypoallergenic formula or not eat dairy. I'm anxious about trying the first two options, so right now I'm not eating dairy. And, you know, I don't feel as though I'm living life to the fullest. But, I've been able to try new things like almond milk, and eating lots of hummus with crackers and veggies and I've since discovered that there are a few things I love that are dairy-free and I can still eat. (sorbet, chocolate graham crackers, brownies). So I'm ok if I look at this whole experience as a voyage of discovery. And, (keep your fingers crossed!) Trevor will be able to tolerate soy formula when he's a bit older... Cause I can't give up dairy forever, people.
Anyway - here are some pictures of Trevor. I thought you might need a cute baby picture fix....

Look at this face!
Give me a fist pump here...

I think he was looking at his brother's antics in this picture.

With Great-grandma Mancuso

With Aiden. I have to say, the boys have been awesome with Trevor. Aiden and Owen ask to hold him and then demand to have their picture taken.

So cute! Thanks for the new pictures - i think he's a cross between Owen and Connor. I need to see this boy! I need to see them all, actually. They're so fun! So glad you have a new computer...
